Overview

Daily Moment is a language learning app that delivers one sentence per day. Your privacy matters to us. This policy explains what data the app does — and does not — collect.

Data we do not collect

Daily Moment does not collect, store, or transmit any personal information. Specifically:

• No account or login is required
• No names, email addresses, or contact information are collected
• No location data is accessed
• No analytics or tracking SDKs are included
• No advertising frameworks are used
• No data is shared with third parties

Data stored on your device

All app data — including your saved cards, settings, streak count, and preferences — is stored locally on your device using Apple's SwiftData framework. This data never leaves your device unless you explicitly choose to export it using the in-app "Export Data" feature.

Network requests

After your first 30 days, Daily Moment fetches fresh card content from our backend server. These requests:

• Contain only the requested date range (no user identifiers)
• Are served over HTTPS
• Do not set cookies or track sessions
• Are logged only at the infrastructure level (standard Vercel access logs) with no personal data

Notifications

If you enable daily reminders, notifications are scheduled locally on your device using Apple's notification framework. No push notification tokens are sent to any server.

Children's privacy

Daily Moment does not knowingly collect any information from children. The app is rated 4+ and contains no objectionable content.

Changes to this policy

If we update this privacy policy, the changes will be posted on this page with a revised date. Since we collect no user data, we have no way to notify users directly — please check this page periodically.
